Laundromat
What are your hours?
Our laundromat is conveniently open 24 hours a day.
Are you attended?
We have an attendant on site Monday-Thursday from 8:30am till 3pm and Fridays from 8:30am till 1pm. We do have frequent pick ups and deliveries so if an attendant is not onsite please utilize our drop off lockers or give us a call with any questions.
Are you a coin or credit card laundromat?
Our machines use both coins and cards.
Do you have large machines?
Yes, we have 60 pound machines that can wash bulky items like comforters and sleeping bags.
Wash & Fold
What are your wash and fold hours?
You can leave your laundry with us 24/7 using our drop off locker system. We do not operate wash and fold services on weekends, therefore they do not count towards the 24 hour turn time.
What products do you use when you wash my clothes?
Our standard wash is done with a premium detergent. We also offer Tide, OxiClean, enzyme detergent for heavy soiled items, fabric softener and dryer sheets. There is a $1.00 upgrade fee for some of these options. Unscented alternatives are also available.
Is there a minimum order?
There is a 15 pound minimum for wash and fold orders
Do you wash my clothes with other clothes?
No. We always keep our customers laundry separate from one another.
What is the turnaround time for wash & fold?
Your clean laundry will be available for pickup in 24 hours.
Pickup & Delivery
When do you offer pickup and delivery?
We offer pickup and delivery Monday - Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
What is the turnaround time for pickup and delivery?
Your laundry will be returned to you in 24 hours.
Is there a minimum order?
There is a 15 pound minimum order within Gardner limits and a 25 pound minimum order outside of Gardner.
How much does pickup and delivery cost?
Pricing is the same as drop off as we do not have any delivery fee's. Regular service is $2.00/lb and same day service is $2.35/lb
Do I need to be home when the driver picks up or delivers my clothes?
No, you can leave your laundry in a secure location (front porch, back porch, behind a fence, in an unlocked garage) just make sure to note it when you place your order so our driver knows where to find it.
How do I schedule an order online?
It is simple. Just click on the "Schedule a Pickup" Button in the upper right hand corner and create an account. It only takes a few minutes to input your information and you can place an order for weekly, bi-weekly or one-off services.
Can I make a special request on how I want my laundry done?
Absolutely. When you place your order online there is a section called Preferences where you can specify things you want done every time that we do your laundry. There is also a section called Special Laundry Instructions where you can ask for something for this particular order. For instance if you want us to spot treat a stain on one of your items.
Is there a contract or long term commitment?
No. You never have to sign a contract and you can stop service at any time. We know that you will stick with us based on our excellent service.
If you are needing to reschedule a reoccurring order, please contact us as soon as possible. There is a $10 missed pickup fee.
When I schedule an order, how will I be billed?
Like other online services, we ask for your credit card when you place your order. Your card will not be billed until your laundry is completed and weighed.
What do I put my laundry in?
Please put your laundry in a laundry bag or in a trash bag and make sure it is closed properly so nothing falls out.
Can I put my pickups on hold while I'm on vacation?
Yes. You can suspend your pickup until you return from your vacation.
